Welcome to "The Fit Pit" web site my name is John and I own "The Fit Pit" Gym and Aerobic Studio's.

12 years ago I started general fitness as a hobby and I then decided to invest in my own premises.

2 years ago we moved into larger premises (6,200 sq ft), which is located in the basement of the historical Belper Mill.

The first thing you notice is the atmosphere, everyone speaks, no grunting, no shouting and no bad attitudes.

Equipment provided suites all age groups and abilities, from beginners to the more advanced fitness enthusiast.

Elaine runs a friendly relaxing class and spends time with each member of the group to discuss any yoga issues. Elaine will give specific advice an how to adapt poses to suit your needs.
